I am not certain on the timing of the delivery. I was not clear how long it took to complete/!see and prepare the order from the templates. If I knew how long that takes I could the answer the question in how good or not so good the delivery timing was.

When using a gift card it will be nice to know how much of the order will be placed on the gift card and then how much will be placed with the credit card before submitting the order. For instance, my order was $145 and I had a $50 gift card, before submitting I wish it said $50 charged to gift card, $95 charged to credit card. It only showed this afterwards. This is just a reassurance thing that other online merchants do that makes buyers feel more comfortable.

Today’s interaction with the Golf Locker website was smooth and generally positive. The layout is clean, products are well-organized, and I found it easy to navigate between categories and filter for specific items. Product descriptions and images were clear, which made it easier to compare options. That said, there were a couple of areas that could improve the experience: Search Function: At times, search results didn’t fully match the keywords I typed in, which made me scroll more than expected. Checkout Process: While functional, it felt like there were a few extra steps—streamlining this could make it faster. Mobile Experience (if applicable): The site was a bit slower to load on mobile compared to desktop. Overall, I’m satisfied with my visit and appreciate the wide selection and clear presentation. A few refinements in search and checkout would make it even better.
