Man, I’ve gotta tell you about my experience with Golf Locker…
I’m pretty disappointed with how the logo embroidery turned out compared to what I approved. The proof they sent me actually looked really good – clean, balanced, and professional. But what showed up on the actual apparel doesn’t match it at all.
The proportions are off, the logo doesn’t look as sharp, and the overall look just feels cheaper and sloppier than what I signed off on. It’s one of those things where if you put the proof next to the finished product, you can clearly see they’re not the same.
What makes it more frustrating is that their site goes on about “100% Complete Satisfaction” and how they promise to perfect your logo, keep you informed, and make sure you’re “overly satisfied” with the result. That was a big reason I felt comfortable ordering from them in the first place. The experience I had definitely didn’t live up to that.
I’m going to send them photos of the embroidery next to the proof and see if they’ll remake it or do something to make it right, but as of now, I’m not impressed.
