I wanted to order my bad personalized golf balls because he works in the industry. I noticed that on the website there was a promo code for free shipping and that was so awesome! The website was easy to use and since he wasn't actually going to golf with these, I didn't need the best gold balls on the market. I also didn't need 60+ personalized ones. Anyway, I went ahead and chose to personalize some, I got to choose the golf ball, used the filter from price low to high, picked the lowest one, they came in a 12 pack which was perfect, and then I got to write what I wanted on it. There was limited space and what I wanted to. There didn't fit at first but then I got to choose the font and it fit in the space provided. I liked that I could choose the color of text I wanted written on it. It looked great, I added it to cart and checked out. I got the order confirmation via email and I noticed I forgot to put in the promo code for the free shipping. I reached out to customer service via chat and explained my situation and they said they would refund the shipping cost. I received my item on time, was able to track it the whole way and it was a great experience. Im definitely a fan of the company and will buy again! (I haven't received the refund yet but I'm not too worried about it right now) Great experience and I do recommend using golfballs.com for personalized golf balls or if you're just wanting to buy golf balls. They have a great selection!
