I am very disappointed with customer service. I placed an order on March 28, and I only found out yesterday, March 13, it had been returned to sender by Fedex. No attempt to contact me, nothing. And Fedex claims to have been to a place of business at 0930 on a weekday where there is always someone at the reception. Then they went there twice after hours, and just sent the goods back. When I tried to call customer service today, I was on hold on the phone for 1 hour and 20 minutes before I gave up. Tried contact through text message which was not helpful. Only explained I would have to redo the purchase since I had been refunded. One of the items was no longer available online, though it is in the box that was returned. Customer service said over text message that it would be back in inventory within an hour. Six hours later, it is not. I had to do this purchase with one day shipping at great cost without the third item in order to get at least some of the merchandise before it is needed this weekend. While previous purchases have been good, and I have spent thousands of dollars at goaliemonkey, this one was bad. If this same product had been available elsewhere at all, and not a monkeysports exclusive that my son wanted, I would probably have looked elsewhere. Which is a pity since we made it our practice to shop from monkeysports. And since he is a goalie who is now 15, we would be likely to purchase additional thousands of dollars worth of stuff from you if you could keep customers moderately satisfied. Now I am not sure.
