Using “shop” it autochanged my “pick up in store” order to deliver. I noticed it after firing “pay” and within 30 seconds was already calling and emailing customer support. At the same time was reordering it to remedy the need for pick up (so technically ordered 2 sets of goalie pads). Was thrilled that I got an email response writing “hold on” from customer service.[Ms still on hold via phone at this time]. But after 20 minutes of waiting on the phone and no response again from email …. I decided to leave the VM. Never got a call back. Never got an email back.
Emailed that afternoon to the “hold on” email that I’d fitting the shipping confirmation. Sent a text/ chat. Heard back THE NEXT DAY. With a note that said “out too late”. No duh guys.
Now, out war my mistake so I’m not upset that they couldn’t claw back something that was already in a a truck. I’m frustrated that 3 forms of communication weren’t addressed for over 24 hrs. AFTER an instant emailing telling me to hold on and that someone was looking into it when there was still time. On the other said, wow, that was Amazon fast (yall had it in the truck same day- rather impressive)
