Placing the order was easy. I basically bought an entire set of goalie gear, head to toe. Given it was an international order, I was expecting it to take months. I didn't hear anything for quite some time about the process of the order until fedex sent a shipping note. There wasnt anything in my account telling me what stage it was at. I wanted to contact GM via the chat method but I couldnt find where i could access it. The international number didnt work for me, but I got a response to my email query. then the first box arrived, then a second, and according to fedex that was it. GM did say it was going to be multiple packages, so I patiently waited. Then I sent another email, as it had been a while since the last delivery and as is the way, the final two boxes arrived the next day. Everything arrived in excellent condition, and I am super happy that it all got here. Moving forward, I wont need to purchase as much gear in one go, so it should be much easier to track. I will be recommending GM to friends and team mates, and I continue to browse the site for any specials and to see what new gear is available. I also use the GM instagram page to do this.
