Site Experience FeedbackAug 23, 2026
What Worked Well:
The website was intuitive and the checkout flow was straightforward. The online try-on feature was particularly helpful and genuinely influenced my purchase decision.
Pricing Structure & Decision Fatigue:
I appreciate that your pricing model is transparent in theory, but the execution created complexity at every step. Unlike competitors who bundle add-ons into required categories (scratch resistance, glare resistance, etc.), your site prices frames separately from lenses, then presents pricing decisions throughout the checkout—blue light protection options, lens choices, and more. By the end, I was making price-conscious decisions at nearly every stage rather than selecting features. The $53 frames became $126 readers not through hidden fees, but through a series of choices that felt less like feature selection and more like incremental upsells.
Promotional Disconnect:
I signed up specifically to use a 50% coupon, but it wasn't applicable to my purchase, which compounded the frustration.
Overall Impact:
These issues left me with a negative impression despite enjoying the buying experience itself. Whether I return depends on the actual quality of the glasses and how your customer service handles any problems that arise.
