We ordered contacts that were marked eligible for next day delivery, plus paid extra for expedited shipping. It still took weeks for the contacts to arrive. Since these are daily contacts, that meant my child had nothing in her correct prescription for more than a week than what was advertised and paid for. While following the tracking for updates, I found that GlassesUSA actually shipped our order using the slowest method available, despite spending over $15 extra for the fastest shipping. I reached out to customer service, and he agreed to refund the expediting shipping "as a one time courtesy," but if that's considered extra courtesy, apparently I'm expected to overpay since I was not provided with the service paid for. That's all they were "able" to do, despite dropping the ball at every opportunity. My child had migraine headaches due to having to return to her old prescription while waiting for these so much longer than advertised. I've bought from this company before, but this was absolutely ridiculous.
