The Slice is Right

I knew that I needed extended shafts and larger grips, but as a beginner golfer I didn't want to spend a large amount of money on clubs. I heard about Giga Golf and watched some videos showing off the clubs looks and performance. I thought they looked great. For a full set of customized irons, I paid about the same as the cost of 1 club from the big manufacturers. I don't know if these are great clubs, but I know that they are easy to hit, the distance and loft I'm getting is superior to the Ben Hogan BH-5 game improvement clubs I started with. For the money I paid, and the performance Im getting out of these clubs, I would recommend Giga Golf to anyone looking to upgrade their old clubs, or especially to someone like me, who wants to experiment with customized clubs or even one length clubs, before buying a super expensive set. I'm 6'4" and did the e-fit and it told me I needed 1 inch extended and 3 degrees upward lie, and oversized grips. I was amazed at how much easier I could hit the ball without being so hunched over. I am looking forward to getting some more rounds in and also going to grab a 4 or 5 hybrid to add to the bag. Thank you Giga Golf for making quality equipment, for people to upgrade their clubs and upgrade their game, without breaking the bank. I really wish more people would find out about Giga Golf, because I think that they'd be surprised.

One cannot beat the product quality at the price point that GigaGolf offers on their line of golf clubs. I have just made my 4th major purchase and I’ve yet to be disappointed. I am a so so player usually scoring anywhere from 95 to 105, but the clubs I have purchased compare well with the Pings, Callaways, and TaylorMades that my peers play. In fact, they are impressed with what I have in my bag.

I purchased a 7 iron to see how it would work for me. The club felt a little heavy with the 80 gram shaft. I wanted to test this style club before purchasing a set of irons so I will play a bit longer with this one before making a decision. The ordering was clean and easy and the club was delivered earlier than expected.

All was good until I got an email my order was shipped even though on the Giga Golf website said it was still awaiting the transaction and the street number was missing. I tried calling but no one answers the phone after 3 pm and it was 3:06 pm. I sent an email and it was responded to quickly but the only solution offered to me was to contact UPS to fix the address and I would have to pay. He also stated the last the street number was on a different line and must have got cut off. The customer service Rep quoted that it would cost $25 to correct where UPS my choice it cost $14.99 which again I had to pay. I received the clubs and took them to the range, they hit well and felt good. I had planned on getting the 3 & 5 woods but have a sour taste after my dealings with customer service. The sad thing is I chose to order from them due to all the positive reviews about their customer service people, unfit this was not my experience.

In the past, there were more options on the website. I also used to like the comparison page between your clubs and the name-brand clubs. It's a little frustrating to have to scroll down every time to see what was on the page; there was a strange blank space at the top of every page.

The checkout process was smooth and easy, however, once you enter the checkout process and go back, you cannot access the clubs in your cart and have to start over again. Also, you cannot edit the clubs in your cart once they are in. That is a very small inconvenience, and did not deter my purchase at all. I would love to see an index of playability vs. forgiveness and feel for the clubs. But calling in gave me the clarity I needed.

I thought golf was lame and boring but my buddy invited me to try it 3 weeks ago and I'm all in. My friend said take his old pitching wedge so I did. After practicing with it I asked him what I should get he turned me on to Gigagolf club ordered them came in in a timely manner. After using them it stepped up my interest in golf even more. For the price of these irons you can't beat it quality is there especially for a new golfer. If you are new at it get them! I tried them and they worked very well for me.
