Absolutely horrible experience with Gift Express.
I ordered a cologne that arrived damaged, completely ruining its purpose as it was meant to be a gift. The packaging looked like it had been poorly handled—or worse, tampered with—and to top it off, there was no proper delivery confirmation at all.
Customer service was just as bad. When I reached out, they showed zero concern and barely offered any help. I was told to email photos of the damage, which I did right away. After that? Complete silence. No reply, no update, nothing. It’s like they just disappeared once they had my money.
This company clearly does not care about its customers or the condition of the products they deliver. The lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable.
Save yourself the frustration and DO NOT waste your money here. There is absolutely no customer satisfaction—just disappointment and poor service.
