I ordered perfume on July 29th. By August 10th I still had not received my order. I tracked the package and discovered it had been "returned to sender". I did not know Gift Express was sending the package via USPS or I would have had it shipped to my post office box. I don't have USPS delivery service at my home address. I called customer service to ask about a refund and was told to wait 48 hours and my package would be delivered. I though that was strange as the tracking info said the package had been returned to them. I called back in 48 hours to ask for a refund and the lady that answered immediately put me on hold for 5 minutes. A man then came on the phone and, without asking me any questions, said I should receive a refund to my account in 3-5 days. No apologies or explanations at all!! The bad marks I gave them on the survey reflect the terrible customer service! Both calls were given to someone else and both times it appeared as if the "customer service rep" had little knowledge about order procedures of the company, and NO knowledge regarding conflict resolution. At no time, did any representative tell me my order was returned.
