While I enjoy your products, I am seriously contemplating taking my business elsewhere. And as I have stated before, I purchased these to give them away out of my own pocket! I gave them away to homeless individuals and shelters to brighten their Day. When I order, it is usually because I was asked for a specific item. And I try to get them very promptly, so individuals are not discouraged with everything else going on in their lives. I would hope when you receive this email or survey that you would see my orders come in and promptly get them out to me just so I can make homeless individuals day! Again I purchased all of these items out of my pocket, and I do not get anything in return. I have made several purchases through you and I am slightly discouraged at the shipping times. From the time I purchase to the time I receive it seems to take longer than usual. Please contact me if there is any change that we can do to get my orders promptly.
