The order process went fine. I ordered the product in order for have enough time to apply it before I had to leave on May15th. However when the original deliver date came and went, I called only to discover the product was back ordered. No notifications, no delayed delivery notice, no communications whatsoever. I was told their shipment should arrive by the 19th or before and we should receive the product by the 22nd of May. Again the arrival time came and went. At this point we were already pushing our application deadline of the product. I was forced to buy local in order to apply the product in time. I will not returning the product, as I will be able to use for the fall application, however I am not happy about having about the extra cost as well as the delay in our spring application. I just wish I would have been notified that the product was out of stock when I ordered it, It would have saved me a lot of wasted time and money. I was excited about using Forestry Distributing for all of our future product needs and enjoyed the buying experience, however the delivery of my expectations was sorely disappointing.
