while the website is very comprehensive and detailed, it is outdated, and the average consumer will find it too confusing. I recommend your landing page was more like an Amazon buying experience. i also think that while you have a comprehensive list of FAQ, the average person won't read them. I recommend a chat bot that answers most questions, similar to how you can key word search for an answer in Amazon reviews and it gives you them quickly. Lastly, you should offer bundles, even if it is not much more than a few % off, since that would also incentive people to buy more. you should also have a BEFORE YOU GO warning when someone goes to X out the screen, so you can get them one last time. Consider the HAPPY PLANNER website as an example. I also strongly recommend you follow-up with people and see how they like their purchase, since while I a return customer, even my hair cuttery APP sends me prompts to see how i am doing and to make an appointment. I think your customer audience is diff than what you created 10 years ago when i first ordered at older home. I think you need to differentiate yourself among a sea of competition. I think you should consider also bunding with other cleaning supplies, (vacuum bags, Swiffer wipes, paper towels, etc) since your product is in a silo...people need to think of it being replaced more often
