Overall the website looks nice. The only negative feedback was the product listing was a bit confusing. I was specifically looking at the 2x2 twill 3k carbon fiber rolls. It took me a minute to understand what the different product number designations were between 2069, 1069 and 3028. Only after a while did I realize 1069 refers to the 50" width with A, B, and C being different yard lengths. 2069 refers to the 60" width with the same yard lengths for A, B, and C. 3028 appears to kit items with A and B differentiated by small and large respectively. Then, when about to order, I realized that I could order 2069 by a desired yardage. There was some confusion because the discounted order showed a minimum of 25 yards, but the text input showed a minimum of 10 yards. Only after a bit did I realize that you could only order 10 yards minimum of the carbon fiber, but that to receive a discount, you had to order 25 yards.
So, all-in-all, the website did have all the information there and I was able to figure it out, but I wonder if some alterations to the UI could help make the information more clear.
Lastly, I thought it strange to see so few reviews. Seeing items with no reviews, items with 1 five star review, and my item with only 7 reviews made the company seem less well known and industry standard than I believe it truly is. Not sure whats up with that.
But overall, great website, things look good and professional.
