Dear Sirs: I am writing to you about my bad experience with my Farney’s shipment by UPS. I think you need to be aware how poor the UPS service is because it somewhat reflects badly on you. In the past I have ordered several items from you and received my shipments by mail without any difficulty. This time, I found a UPS message at my door that “my package’ “requires a signature”. That’s it! No mention what kind of package, no mention from who. I was a little concerned because I ordered other items from different vendors, including medications that I needed. I contacted UPS and I was told that the package will be delivered to the Staples store in Palm Springs, CA. Just to mention, I am disabled and not able to drive myself, I must arrange for a ride. When I arrived with my ride at the Staples at about noon, they informed me that the package should be there at 2PM. The package was not there at that time. Then the next day I found a notice on line that the package was delivered to “Hawkeens inside at 11PM”. We went back to the Staples and finally we received the package containing 3 bottles of fountain pen ink. I had to SIGN for the ink!
