I have used this company for over a decade. I love that I now live close enough to sometimes go in person. The fur is the best. The foam is in better sizes than other companies. All their stuff makes amazing puppets.

My experience was excellent with the exception of the shipping charges. I am a business owner as well and ship twice as much product from my location to your city for half the cost! IMO, your shipping charges include extra fees to pad your profit which doesn't resonate well with me.
