I received my item. It was better than expected. It fit my vacuum cleaner and all attachements perfectly and smoothly. I cannot give a review on timely delivery because there were terrible snow storms happening in your area that it seemed to take longer than it would have. I was able to track its travel easily enough. Thank you very much. The item was packed very securely and there was no damage. I will order through your company again.

I ordered a motor from them and there was a slight issue with it from the factory. Not something that they are at fault for. Ezvacuum immediately sent a replacement before even sending the return label so I could ship the first unit back. They went out of their way to make things right. I would definitely use them again.

I expected Royal brand, what I got was generic bags with no filter, nothing showing that they were the correct bag. I'm not even sure if they will fit. They are not what I ordered or what was pictured.

I am extremely happy with my purchase from EZVacuum! I own my own business cleaning houses for a living; so having parts for my vacuum is extremely important. I tried to order my part from sears.com direct, but they were on backorder. Then I tried to order from Amazon, and I got no response about my order for over a month so I ended up canceling my order with them. I then found EZVacuum online. My part is not exactly the same as the Kenmore vacuum’s original that I own but the part works!! It was also cheaper than what I would’ve got from sears.com. I will definitely be ordering from EZVacuum again if I ever need more parts for my vacuum. I appreciate the quick delivery and the fact that they had the part I needed so I did not have to purchase a whole new vacuum!

First, I have come to hate Amazon; all I want is to go to a store and buy what I want and need. Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, Target, and a vacuum shop didn't have what I needed or would have to order it if there was that option at all. Well, I could do that, so I searched the internet and found EZVacuum which had what I needed. I ordered it with simplicity and expected it in 3 to 5 business days. I got it in 11 literal days while having to wonder if it was ever coming or if I had gotten scammed. Still, far better experience than Amazon. As the world has gone crazy now, I have no idea if the price was fair; there's no way to tell what anything costs anymore so I tell myself to just be happy to get it at all. I'm sure the manufacturer is very happy to discontinue parts so that customers have to buy a whole new product (with no customer maintained parts) so that the one I have gets chucked into the landfill. I hate the whole system, but EZVacuum has made my life slightly easier.

My local vacuum repair shop called the company and they said they quit making that part 9 years ago. I got the part number and found it at EZ vacuum. Fixed it myself. If I didn't have this option online the vacuum would not be fixed. Part perfect-exactly like original.

Was expecting to get Dyson o/e part - it was not. So I paid for something I was disappointed receiving. ALSO don't want to use an outside company to track order. Who knows what info is being shared. Not good! ALSO its non of your business my age, ethnicity, etc. WAY too much of this info floating out there on the inter-web.

This part is an aftermarket part that fits but does not have the same locking features as the original manufacturer. I was able to replace the broken piece using this new component, and it works, but since it does not have the two locking tabs found in the original part I'm not sure if the vacuum hose with stay firmly attached over extended use. Only time will tell.

I ordered a part for my vacuum. Slow shipping was the first problem web site stated 2-3 days, almost two weeks. They sent the wrong part second problem. Tried calling no one answers so you have to use email, third problem. I emailed with the same address I used to order, just to have it blocked as spam fourth problem. I then emailed from a different email three days no reply. NO customer service. I am usually not one to write reviews but this is not right to take someone's money and leave the hanging.

It work good. It did slip off the vacuum hose. I was pretty much finished using it so I didn’t attempt to reattach it. Next time I’ll try attaching it to the hose extender and so how that works.
