I, like many customers with exofficio, found myself very loyal to a product that they no longer produce. For me, this product was the original sport mesh cross over bralette. I am one of many other exofficio customers that fell in love with one of their designs, ordered it in every color I could find, and returned after years to replace them, only to find that the product no longer exists on exofficio's website.
Today, I made a purchase of many of their last-chance offerings. This purchase was not made with my same feelings of loyalty or excitement to refresh my wares, but rather an opportunity to become acquainted with their current offerings at a discounted rate. Based on many reviews I saw on their website today, I am hopeful that these products will perform as I hope them to, but I do worry about many notes that other reviewers made regarding: inconsistency, changes to the fit and style that stray from providing the performance I've come to expect, quality and longevity issues.
Again, I am hopeful that my order will meet my expectations. But I'm fully prepared to abandon my loyalty to the brand if my order does not meet my expectations. I hope exofficio understands that they will lose their customer base if they continue to stray from the products that made their customers loyal in the first place.
