Subject: Feedback on Return Policy and Product Sampling
Dear Estee Lauder Customer Service,
I hope this message finds you well.
I wanted to share some feedback regarding your return policy and product sampling approach. Charging customers for returns—especially when purchasing items like foundation online—can be discouraging. Shade matching can be difficult without in-person testing, and a more flexible return policy would greatly improve the customer experience.
Additionally, I believe including complimentary samples of related products such as concealer, powder, blush, or even lipstick would enhance customer satisfaction and encourage broader product exploration. Personally, I have not yet tried your lipsticks, and receiving a sample would give me the opportunity to consider a future purchase.
These small changes could significantly increase customer loyalty and boost overall sales across your product lines.
