Feedback Regarding Birthday Gift Policy and Customer Service
Dear Estée Lauder Team,
I’ve been a loyal user of your products for a long time and have always been very happy with their quality and performance. However, I wanted to share some feedback regarding your birthday gift policy.
Each year, I’m disappointed that I’m unable to redeem my birthday gift because it cannot be combined with other promotional codes. Often, the other offers are more attractive, and this limitation makes the birthday gift feel less valuable.
In comparison, other retailers such as Sephora offer birthday gifts without any purchase requirement and provide a more flexible rewards program. With them, I’m also able to collect points and redeem other perks with ease.
Additionally, I recently reached out to your customer service team to discuss this, but unfortunately, I did not receive any helpful support. The responses were delayed and lacked courtesy, which was quite disheartening.
I genuinely love Estée Lauder products, but experiences like this make me consider spending my money at retailers that offer better overall value and customer care. I hope you’ll take this feedback into consideration and possibly make your loyalty program more rewarding and customer-friendly in the future.
