I made my first purchase on 8/23/25, i received my purchase two days ago. When I received the colors are a lot darker then shown on the website. I just had to make a new purchase in order to do an exchange, which was very difficult, because i had to call in and the rep I spoke to told me to return everything including my promo items, samples, in order to get refund, but i told him it is an exchange. He said i have to do it online and i asked him to walk me through it as this was my first order. I returned everything, and I called back because i was upset that i had to return my promotional items, and the new rep i spoke to said i did not have to because it was an exchange. The first rep, never said that. So, I'm very upset for this was my fitrst time ordering from Estee Lauder and the exchange did not go smoothly. The new rep I spoke to was very knowledgeable and she put that i can receive my promos with my new order, but i needed to called back and give them the reference number she gave me. This has been very frustrating and time consuming. Now I spent more money, and now am waiting on refund for the exchange.
