I made a large purchase from Estée Lauder on Black Friday while I was on a long visit with friends and family on the East coast. I scheduled to have the order delivered to where I was staying. However, only a portion of the order was delivered to this address on time. The other part of the order was delayed indefinitely and showed as “awaiting pick up”. Because I couldn’t get a tracking update and knew that it likely would not arrive before I had to leave, I contacted customer service by phone. I spoke to a very helpful, polite, knowledgeable young man (named Adonis) who quickly re-routed the remainder of my order to be shipped to my home in LA. My order was at my home when I arrived back on the West coast. The process was a bit inconvenient, but Estée Lauder handled it beautifully and quickly. I have had an experience with them before that they also handled very well. I will never stop using Estée Lauder products but there are always many options of where to purchase. The Estée Lauder site has proved on numerous occasions that, while not perfect, they will always take care of you through customer service. This is a rare quality these days and in my opinion will always be a reason to stay loyal to Estée Lauder products and continue to order straight from their website! Thank you Estée ;)
