I called customer service to get advised on how to pay for my purchase, which was about $400.00 or more, and waited a very long time for someone to answer the phone, and finally, when somebody answered, he sent me to another person, who wanted for me to give my email password, in order to open an account to pay for my purchase. I have nener heard of that, and that made me angry and I could not buy that day, because the customer service person did not direct me to another option to pay. Later the next day, I was able to keep looking and by luck, I found it. To me, and to other people, that is quite an inconvenience and a disappointment. So I feel that the communications department needs to care more about the way to pay, and answer the phone quicker and with employees that know more about the product and the company. Also, I was very disappointed about a perfume that I bought for $75.00, in order to get a gift, if I bought the perfume, and I never got the gift. It was the one with the pink bag. Other than that, I was sastified and will recommend to a friend.
