Site Experience FeedbackFeb 3, 2026
Dear Estée Lauder Team,
This was my first experience actually shopping directly on the Estée Lauder website. I usually only browse the site but I am a loyal customer and a former Estée Lauder employee, so I was especially interested in really exploring today.
Overall, my experience was very positive — the site is beautiful, intuitive, and easy to navigate. As I spent time exploring, a few product-related observations came up that I likely would not have noticed had I not engaged with the website in depth.
I typically shop at Macy’s, where I have not been able to find DayWear 24-Hour Moisturizer only the 72-hour is available, which I purchased instead. I prefer the 24-hour formula for my skin type, and this is what led me to shop directly on your website. While browsing, I also wondered whether the original Time Release moisturizer has been rebranded or fully retired.
I also looked up the Frosted Apricot lipstick, which had recently been purchased for me. Online, the product imagery still appears frosted and luminous; however, in actuality, the formula no longer has the frost, luster, or light fragrance I remembered. This contrast between how the product appears online and how it performs in real life felt somewhat misleading and stood out during my browsing experience.
Lastly, while exploring the lipstick selection, I noticed fewer classic, full-size lipstick tubes, with many shades offered primarily in slimmer formats. While I understand modern packaging trends, the traditional tube still feels closely tied to Estée Lauder’s iconic identity.
I share this feedback in the spirit of loyalty and appreciation. Spending time on the website prompted thoughtful engagement with the brand, and I hope these observations are helpful.
Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.
Warm regards,
Mary McKearney
