First of all, I love the products I purchased! They have done wonders for my self-esteem and the wrinkles on my face. I’m 70 years old and was never consistent in my skin care. The makeup is beautiful. It’s easy to blend. Easy to apply not much fallout with the eyeshadow. My issue is Customer Service. People are kind, but they’re very hard to understand. And also your website is hard to navigate in the sense that you just go on order your product and be done. It’s hard to do that especially the virtual aspect. I did it one. I did it one time and I couldn’t figure it Out all in all. I will use the website again. OnePlus is sometimes you get a percentage off, which is really a great blessing I think if we who use the website should be able to have a period of time when the products we purchase not just one time, but the products we purchase we get a percentage off longer. It gives us the incentive to purchase more in a shorter period of time again, I love my products yes I would recommend these products and I have to my friends.
