I had wanted to try Estée Lauder, and the deal they were offering with three free gifts to go with a specified purchase amount convinced me to follow through. I chose the three free gifts when given the opportunity online when making my order. The order that was visible to me, showed the three gifts. However, when the package arrived, there was only the products I ordered and a sample package, which was empty. When I chatted about that, the agent told me that actually I was too late in contacting them about not receiving the gifts, but as a one time courtesy to me, she would send them anyway. She did this, although only two of the three items were included. She said the order she looked at, did not show that I had chosen any of them, which is incorrect. I did eventually receive the two items, but was disappointed in not receiving the third, and in the problem being treated as if it was my fault for not notifying them earlier. I do not know if I will order from them again or not.
