I had a bit of a frustrating time as I knew I could get a gift by entering 24 Surprise. However, I saw earlier that there was a choice between two sets. I came upon a page which had a gift that contained the products I usually use. It said to enter, 25Surprise in the checkout. When I did this. there was no indication that the gift was applied, so I did not checkout. When I came back a second time, I put in 24 surprise and that registered. So, I checked out. I was asked which sample gift I wanted and I made a choice. I decided to check out with PayPal. When I did so, the process was more complicated than usual, as it did not recognize my computer. I moved forward with the steps and when I came back tot the Estee Lauder site, I was greeted with a message saying, please select a sample free gift. As I already had done this, I was confused. I decided not to select another gift, but worried that I was 'missing out'. I proceeded to the checkout with PayPal prompt, which was also confusing because I thought I already did this. Nonetheless, I clicked on the prompt. I was happy to see that all seemed to be in order. All of this seemed too complicated. I also do not like that 15% off offer that is on the checkout page. I clicked on that once and lost my gifts, and it cost me more money. Maybe that is the reason it is there? The products are expensive for me. I do like your special gift offers. Overall, however, I am usually nervous using your website.
