Online chat helper was very good at helping me choose products. She referred me to the online bonus gift promotion department. I waited for at least 45 minutes & it never went through to someone to help me. I stayed on for so long because the helper said there might be a wait. I wanted to join the loyalty program to get 15% off. So I went back in & tried to place the order myself. I was never able to fully complete the loyalty program because it kept saying I had created a password that I’m 99.9% sure I never did. So I was forced to place the order without the 15% discount, because I need the products ASAP. (I tried chatting with your online chat for assistance, but it replied that you were closed & to try again tomorrow.) I am unhappy with this situation. We have no Estée Lauder department store here any more, for several years, so I was forced to order online. I used to buy Estée Lauder products when I worked at our local Younkers, and you had a product I really loved. You apparently don’t make it any more, but the online chat helper helped me with another product that I hope is comparable. I don’t usually pay your prices since I am retired now, but I decided to take a chance. I spent SO much time trying to get this order placed, & I still won’t get the 15% savings on my purchase. I hope at minimum you apply the discount for me. Thank you in advance.
