When I first looked up on your website for the products I needed,it show me a balance of almost 76.00 so I when and looked at my order today to make the purchase it showed me a different amount,so I called the number you provided in the website,and that's when I was completely disappointed.When I called the first time after I waited a minute or so it seemed like someone answered the phone and stayed quiet,it felt odd so I said hello a few times and nothing.I decided to attempt to call again to ask about the changes on the price.The same thing happened...I called ...it ring again and once again it looked like they picked up the call and stayed quiet....so I said hello a few times and nothing,so I started pressing the buttons on my key pad and a lady said hello...I was upset cuase that is horrible horrible customer service...I went a head and asked her,why the change on the amount of the purchase and she said cuase whatever offer they were giving had expired.I still whent ahead and purchase it.The lack of professionalism its definitely very disappointing.Estee Lauder to me is like a high end beauty products.Cant understand why they have hired people with that kind of lack of professionalism and customer service skills and make the Estee Lauder look so bad.Very disappointed...
