You don't have a customer service line to speak with a human. This is asinine given that you offer custom apparel with graphic design that sometimes requires dialogue. I understand that could create some backend issues, however, there should be a dollar amount threshold that merits speaking to a human. If someone is spending close to $1,000 or more on items, they should be able to talk to a person. Especially, if there is a design rejection. Even if the phone number is only made available upon rejection, that would be fine. However, phone number is only sales and that's crazy. Live chat is worthless, totally worthless. At a minimum, there should be a separate email inbox for certain departments. Especially the custom items team. Instead, it's all one shared inbox. That doesn't make any sense. 0/10 insanity. I know there is a large demographic of customers who must be 40-65 and there isn't any way they don't get pissed off by not having a customer service line of some sort. Especially for custom items.
It's nuts.
