Bought a replacement glazed bonsai pot to replant my beautiful bonsai olive plant. I ordered a copper ombré pot-the picture on the website is orange red copper. The pot I received was green grey. When I called and noted the wild difference between what was advertised and what I ordered, customer service said, basically, fuck off, that’s the pot you ordered. Either suck it or send it back on my dime. I do not care about the return shipping cost. Or the $29 for the pot. I’ll throw it away. The money means nothing. The fact that someone that is colorblind is trying to convince me a grey green pot is EXACTLY the copper red rust pot I ordered is incredibly insulting and their response about this being “policy” is equally annoying. She did admit that’s what the manufacturer sent so I’m guessing someone in China is equally as colorblind. There are 50 on line retailers that sell glazed ceramic bonsai pots. Google is free. Cheaper than the cost to return a $29 pot. Just awful stupid customer service from an on line retailer. Plant is great. Replacement pot?!? Sucks balls. Sorry about my language but a tad frustrated.
