I’ve been planning a large cut flower garden and trying to plant everything on a schedule. I’ve only received part of one order that I placed 2 months ago. The first batch of bulbs/roots I received seemed great but I’m still waiting on parts of my order that are key for the garden I’ve designed. Every time I check the order status of my pending items that have not shipped yet (or the status of my more recent orders) the shipping window dates keep getting pushed back - every day, one day at a time. It feels like this company doesn’t have the items I purchased, or maybe they aren’t ready to ship yet - but I’ve been completely in the dark with what is holding up the process. When I call customer service, they tell me my items will ship in the next week - but the week goes by and the items don’t ship. They tell me my only other option is to cancel all my pending orders/pending items. I’d like more realistic shipping dates so I can plan accordingly - esp. if there’s a chance I won’t receive anything this season.
