We are extremely disappointed with the yellow coneflower plants we received from our recent order. We purchased 12 plants, expecting four packets of three healthy, well‑rooted plants each, as advertised. What arrived was nowhere close to that standard.
When we opened the packets, we found:
One packet contained only 2 plants, not the 3 we paid for.
In the remaining packets, although labeled correctly, one plant in each was shockingly small—only 2–3 inches long with almost no root system.
These tiny plants were not remotely comparable to the others and certainly not what we would consider viable or acceptable quality.
We soaked everything overnight and planted the 11 usable plants the next morning, but the 3 undersized plants were clearly not viable, and one plant was missing entirely. For a company we trusted to deliver consistent quality, this was genuinely disappointing.
Because:
We are missing one plant, and
Three others were far below acceptable size and quality,
we are requesting two replacement packets of three plants each. This is a fair and reasonable remedy that would provide us with four healthy, usable plants, which is what we should have received in the first place.
We hope you will address this promptly and restore our confidence in your products.
