The one thing that was a pain was trying to get my discount for being a first time customer. I put my (new) email into the box at the bottom of your website, checked to have email sent to me, and hit the go button. I then waited and received nothing. I had to try this with two separate emails (again, all new emails since I am a first time customer), and finally received the last one. Once I got that, I tried to input the code and it went through, but then nothing happened. I received no error, messages, no discount, etc.. if I was doing something wrong or I wasn’t supposed to get a discount that would be one thing, but there’s no message to tell me that. Overall, the discount I was already getting was really good and I still made the purchase. I’m so really excited for the products, it just left me feeling kind of confused instead of excited for my purchase.
