I returned a pair of ariat tall boots that I ordered online that did not fit, but had not been worn to the North Kingston store, where I then tried on a pair of treadsteps that they did not have in my size in store so instead we ordered them. That’s where the issues of my purchase come from as the brand new $500 toll boots that I ordered then came in with dirt on the treads and having obviously been previously worn. I called customer service, who I have to say was very nice but where they were unable to find my order and got quite frustrated with me about thisonce they did find my order they could not re-order me any of these tall boots due to them no longer being in stock. But from this, I was done offered no other compensation or resolve besides to return them to the store so now I have to drive an additional two hours to be able to return these tall boots that I were told were brand new and paid the full price for brand new boots for but instead receive used boots that still have dirt embedded in the treads and wear marks therefore not just wasting my time but also the two hours in gas money it’s going to take me to get there.
