Dover recently changed their system. There is no longer the option to select ship to store. I had to utilize the live chat to figure out how to do so. I had to type the stores info into the shipping address and include my name. When the item finally shipped it sat for many days before it got to USPS for delivery. This was the slowest Dover delivery I have ever had with them. They are usually prompt and it arrives in a few days, this one was a week then it arrived the day before the holiday so I was unable to pick it up. The Dover in my area is hunter/jumper tack forward, meaning I have to order items if I want dressage tack. It’s one of the only retailers in the area but having to order everything is making it less convenient. The only reason I use them is because of the location. They don’t have any great deals on products or brands that other retailers have. It is becoming more and more worth it to drive the longer distance to Fairhill saddlery. They have much better pricing and loads of stock.
