I ordered an outdoor couch to match my existing chairs from the same manufacturer. The description said the color was khaki. When it arrived, it was actually a dark top grayish color. I am not returning it because I like the color but now I have to go through the expensive reupholstering my existing chairs to match.

I thought the comforter was too light weight, but it was good quality. I was going to return it, but after putting it in a duvet cover and sleeping with it, I was surprisingly comfortable and decided to keep it. I was not happy with the return issue (NO response only auto email saying we'll get back to you in 3 business days). In my opinion, customer service needs improvement.

The problem is it said the color was black. When received it was not a black enamel product. It was gun metal gray with silver accents. We needed solid black like the pictures showed. When I got the product I noticed that the model number on the printed sheet is not the same as one hand-written on the box.
