I was extremely frustrated with the website. I got a text for the liquidation sale Friday evening. On my phone, I put over $100 in my cart with most things being $2-$5. It was nearly midnight so I left it and went back to it in the morning. My cart was empty.
no big deal, annoying but fixable. So on my computer I went to re-do the cart, and when signed in, the liquidation sale is gone. I even tried to use the chat-bot which was useless. Literally nothing was $2. So I was concerned that the sale was over. I tried opening a different browser. The liquidation items were there! YAY! So I start making my cart. I go to pay, and it offers "sign in," so I did.
Then everything in my cart was at full price. The sale prices were gone. So what was about $100 was now in the thousands. I was so mad, I gave up until today.
Sunday I got the same text again. I re-did my cart. Lots of things were now gone, especially the $2 appliques. I was able to get the teal shorts though. I finally ended up checking out without logging in to get the cheap prices.
Typically you treat the teachers better, not worse than the average customer. Very disappointed.
