DDS was recommended to me by my granddaughters dance teacher, among others. Since my husband and I are retirees, we don't have much spare cash, but wanted our granddaughter to have the experience. After asking the dance teacher and especially going by your recommendations as to size, I purchased what was supposed to be her correct current size. I was dumbfounded when it finally arrived and she had to squeeze into them to get them on. I asked the teacher to check the fit and she had to take her jazz class in ballet shoes, because she said the shoes were way too small.
Okay! I'm not a big fan of buying shoes online because there are so many intricacies to the fit of regular shoes. So I considered that they may have to be returned. BUT! WHAT I WASN'T EXPECTING WAS TO ONLY GET $7 BACK AFTER THE RETURN SHIPPING AND ALL THE FEES! I HAVEN'T RETURNED THEM BECAUSE I FEEL LIKE A FOOL AND I WAS DUPED INTO BUYING THEM! I'M CONSIDERING WHETHER OR NOT TO JUST DONATE THEM RATHER THAN THE HASSLE OF TRYING TO RETURN THEM.
You asked for the truth and now you have it. You would have to do some serious making up for me to ever consider buying from you again.
P.S. when I looked on the bottom of the shoes the attached pads look like they had been thrown on from a distance! They were nowhere near where they should have been! Where is the quality control? These are developing feet and they deserve better quality, rather than being set up for a lifetime of foot problems, especially if they're dancers! Shame on you!
