Super excited to find these leotards. Website said they were having a sale. Bought 4 leotards, some shorts and a skirt. checked the size chart to ensure fit. Ordered according to the size chart. Received the order and even though everything was size child medium, none of the leotards fit. Not even close. One we squeezed into and it wouldn’t even stretch up enough to cover her chest. I contacted customer service to authorize a return and they informed me all of the items were marked as final sale. Even though I checked before contacting customer service and none of them said that. So now I am out $80 on leotards she can’t wear and have to buy even more leotards. I will never buy from here again.

DDS has always been the go-to in the past, but I notice that the website severely lacks product and brand variety like it used to. The prices and discounts are also not the incredible bargain that they were in the past. The site offered me a 20% discount with email/text subscription, but I was texted a “discount link” that did not work. Additionally, the site showed me two different tax amounts before and after completing check out, making the total price and tax amount seem deceiving. However, customer service was helpful in getting me a proper discount code and explaining the tax amount discrepancies. However, I do still think the tax amount was confusing and shouldn’t have been different before vs during checkout, it made me think that something was going wrong and I was being charged more than I should have.

I was able to easily find what I needed, however the sizes were difficult to figure out. After checking the recommended sizing and reviews, I ordered what I needed but two of the pairs of shoes I originally ordered were the wrong size. I had to pay to return those and order replacements, I'm hoping these will fit correctly. I did receive prompt and helpful advice from customer service on that issue.
