Website was easy to navigate and find what I was looking for. Making a purchase was just as simple. Shipping was prompt and arrived when expected. All items were packaged fairly well. 5 of the 13 games I ordered did not work, displaying a green screen when powered on. I took some time to clean the contacts and they all worked. Everything arrived in excellent condition, including the power pad. I’m really happy with my purchase, only wish Lukiegames would clean and test the cartridges prior to selling. All in all this was a great experience and I’ll return for future purchases.

I had been on a call list for Katamari Domacy and remembered Lukie Games. So I went up to the library to use the computer and found it and it was a better price + no shipping cost. I have order about three or four games at very good prices and extremely good prices. They are now my first choice.

Site is amazing has most games even if out of stock will have them again. The pricing on games is the best I've seen anywhere honestly. Site is easy shipping is fast 3-4 days usually I love it!! Been using this site for years now and only had 1 game come not working and you are able to return it or replace I think with in 90days so that's huge Love the site

I love that i was able to find all of the games I was looking for at a way more reasonable price than anyone else had them. My only issue was trying to check out. It just kept bringing me back to the payment page. It didn't let know anything was wrong. I did appreciate that customer service reached out to ask why I had not completed my transaction. They were able to lete know it was my bank not allowing the payment to go through. I used a new card and my order has been completed. Thank you for your help and your follow up.

fairly reliable website! being able to get somewhat refurbished games and games i've wanted to play for years is much easier than having to go on ebay and barter for it. shipping is pretty fast and get here within a decent timeframe. i haven't been having much luck from bookoff since some of the games people bring in don't work due to oxidization.
