The glass caps I found on the website were so near and were even better in person. The wire is really pretty and the packaging was really nice. I like the spool and stop on the smaller wire spools so it’s easier to contain.

The only "problem" I had is that some of the terms you use to describe items on the website are sort of unfamiliar to me. Otherwise, I had no problem. I like the changes to the website...The last time I used it was probably 20 years ago!

After not ordering from FMG for a long time, I found the website easy to navigate and found everything I needed. Just wish you could filter the results by quantity--I accidentally ordered 1/4 pound of beads of a color that will take me a long time to use up! But other than that, I like the quality and will be back to order more from them!

As a jewelry maker in Vermont I've made several purchases from you all and as always, I am totally satisfied doing business on your website.When the opportunity arises I have recommended Fire Mountain Gems many times to my fellow makers. I did have to return a few items from an order 5 months ago and it was a very smooth and easy transaction. My only complaint concerns your websites' search engine capabilities as it seems to be unreliable some times. In my opinion, your store gets a rating of a solid A. Keep on doing what you are doing.
