Website is not easy to navigate. Often click on "search" and get redirected. Need to include how to use products together. Which ones compliment each other for best results. Glad to see the "facial" demonstrations.

I am a huge fan of DARPHIN products. I ordered my products online and did not need any customer service/support. I always rave about my new products to my friend/neighbor. The web-site was a little slow and buggy. Also, the product I was trying to buy has been discontinued or reformulated. An explanation about this on the site would have been helpful. For example, "if you use Stimulskin Plus Absolute Renewal Cream, you should buy X."

I’ve been a Darphin client for 20 years, both in store and on line. I find it more and more limited. Feel like there used to be more options. Also miss receiving small samples of different products which is so great when traveling.

It's better to have a clear instruction on the website to remind the customer if there is any limitation to apply the promotion code. For example, "WELCOME15" could not be applied if there is already another promotion code automatically applied. I didn't get this information until I checked with the agent.

The site was easy to navigate, and I was able to find the items I was looking for. However, I only discovered that the product I wanted was out of stock at the checkout stage. If an item isn’t available, the ‘Add to Bag’ button shouldn’t be active.
