Dealing with Crutchfield was fine. Large assortment and great detail in their assessments. Only problems I had was with the Yamaha receiver .
set up. I am by no means an audiophile or a/v junkie. Just kinda a dim bulb. Trying to hook this thing up with the instructions with very little knowledge of audio equipment was a bear. Especially getting the sub woofer to work. The YPOA continuosly rejected the speaker, Had to search for answers on the net, where everyone has a different opinion. Turned out that front speakers must be listed as small. Easy fix, difficult to track down. Surely if I had computer skills and was a audio tech the problems would have been much less difficult. Seems like a great amp ,Sounds great and now that it's installed I am happy with it, just need to get a new TV as my 18 year old panasonic plasma is getting wonky. And yes, as this was not our first time dealing with Crutchfield, we will certainly be buying from them again. Just wish that the manufacturers would realize there are a lot of people out here, without technical or computer uber knowledge, that need to be told in PLAIN english how to hook these things up
