The volume of available products was initially overwhelming and I had to leave the website several times before I finally felt confident that the products I was ordering were compatible and not overkill for my vehicle. When I attempted a chat with one of the associates, the lag times made getting enough information difficult, after a about 1/2 hour of chatting our connection was lost and I was no further along in deciding what to order. I had ordered 4 speakers in 2017 for my vehicle to replace the factory speakers, which were age-related damaged (2003 basic vehicle model), fuzzy sounding, and quite irritating. It turns out my factory system was so underpowered that the new speakers were a disappointment, except they were not torn and fuzzy sounding.
Perhaps your new customer educational materials work for some people, but it was too vague in many respects for me to develop an idea of compatibility. I realize that means that I felt that I was too uneducated about these products to make an informed decision.
