It was very easy to input my vehicle info, and then to use the filters to narrow down the extensive list of products they carry to focus in on what I was specifically looking for. After that, it shows you the recommended wiring harnesses, etc., that you will need to complete the install, along with instructions on how to do it yourself, so all the legwork and research has already been done for you. I especially like that they let you know how long a sale price is good for, and they show you options for open box and/or scratch and dent versions of the item that you're interested in (if available). They also included a video with a detailed review of the head unit that I was interested in, including both what is has, and what it doesn't have. The only suggestion that I have for improvement is that on the mobile site, the link to log in isn't on the landing page. You have to navigate to the "account" link, and then locate it from there. But overall, this is my third buying experience with Crutchfield since 2017, and all three have been very positive.
