The website is pretty good but I am always of the thought that things can always be improved I can’t think of anything extra right now besides what I already listed in the previous questions except that it does look fine and all but has been the same looking and same style, colors, graphics, menus, format for a long time it wouldn’t hurt to do an update or refresh and some flashier design but as is it is also not to overbearing or distracting and as such might be more appropriate for a broader group of people but still some color and font styles and audio images could brighten up for, increase interest and excite consumers it’s just kinda plain and dull but that’s not always a bad thing either it does look more professional than other sites if that’s what you are going for. Also member points or credits or whatever you call them and the fact that your price was the same as the lowest I could fine it anywhere else is the main reason I purchased from you but I did spent like $1500 last time and only got $24 in credits for it which is kinda low in my opinion if your giving away points and trying to coerce or secure people coming back I almost still did not purchase from you guys just simply for the free returns from Amazon for any reason on an expensive to me purchase of $400 and only a $24 points credit almost isn’t enough for me to give up the liberal return policy only reason I went ahead with the purchase is because of the trust in the quality and reliability of Sonos and that it was exactly what I wanted and needed and I would not be returning it because it wasn’t what I wanted or performed the way I wanted or worked with a system I already have invested and committed to.
