I bought an Arc Ultra. When I first connected it, the Arc would drop off line after a few hours. Happened multiple times. I called Sonos 3 times. Spent over 2hrs total with Sonos reps, who are hard to understand because english is not their first language. I was ready to throw the Arc Ultra out the window when I remembered that Crutchfield has lifetime support and free returns. I called Crutchfield. Spoke to Norman in tech support. He literally fixed the issue in 10 mins. Knew exactly what the problem was and now the Arc Ultra works great! Sonos are good speakers, I have 10 of them, but Crutchfield is by far the best at what they do!! All of the Crutchfield reps are great and you always come away feeling like you have a friend that understands you. Really great experience. The best products in the world are not worth a penny without the right advice and support. Crutchfield does it better than anyone else. They want you happy and completely satisfied or they don’t want your money. Thank you.
