I had a SUPERB experience for my order. After placing my order, I wanted to add another item that I had forgotten about. I called your number, and spoke to an incredibly helpful associate (I believe her name was Ellie) that said she was going to add the new items to my order before it shipped, and would call me back when it was ready. Within a few hours, she contacted me again, told me the order was updated, and charged me for the extra amount. The whole time I knew what was going on, and she answered all the questions I had, and resolved my issue within the very same day. Oh, I also received my items within a few days, even though I got a notification that the bluray player I ordered would be delayed for 6 weeks. It came within days anyway. The whole thing could not have been faster or easier for a complex order.
I wish I could remember her name more accurately, but Ellie (I really hope that's her name) has turned me into a surefire repeat customer. The fact that Crutchfield is a regional chain is great, the fact that your prices are competitive is even better (though TBH I would pay more for a similar product if it came from you), but the HUGE advantage you have with customer service is amazing. Please dont ever give up having a live help line.
In the future, I will look to your store first for my electronic needs, and I will be recommending to EVERYONE in the market for electronic goods to check with Crutchfield first, long long before the big box stores or Amazon.
